BeAnne's spiritual journey began 8 years ago in a yoga class where she discovered the connection between mind, body, and spirit through the gift of breath. After exploring various styles of yoga, she began to incorporate pranayama, asana, yogic diet, rest, and meditation into her lifestyle. BeAnne feels that yoga is about opening your heart and using your breath to bring you to a place of stillness where you will find yourself...your true essential self. BeAnne’s passion for the practice will challenge and strengthen you while filling your entire being with a sense of peace and inner joy.

Terrie Russell

Terrie’s passion for yoga began nearly ten years ago as a student of meditation. Each class she teaches is a step toward that inner light by moving through flowing poses that release the tension of mind and body. Her classes invite all to come and play while receiving detailed instruction and hands on support. Terrie’s style is inspired by her teacher Betsy Blount. She received her RYT 200 through Peachtree Yoga Center.

Marc Smith

has been practicing yoga since 2002. Having experienced many of the benefits of yoga himself, he started teaching yoga in 2004 so that others could experience and appreciate this ancient practice. He received his Yoga Teacher Certification in 2005. He has a special interest in the Eastern concept of a subtle energy body and its effects on one’s own physical, mental, and emotional states. His goal in teaching is to challenge and support the student to find an expression of this practice suited to his or her own needs. His classes are a flowing sequence of held poses that strengthen and energize the body and soothe and quiet the mind.
