All Levels Yoga
Welcome all students - beginners & experienced. Explore a variety of poses as you focus on alignment, breath, balance, strength & flexibility. Each class includes connected pose sequences as well as slower deepening poses to open your body, mind, breath & more. An initial centering mediation and final relaxation are included in each class. Modifications and options will be given to students new to yoga as well as more experienced practitioners.
Go with the Flow Yoga
Welcome experienced Yogis. Center, stretch & flow in this yoga practice designed to open the mind & body while building strength & stamina. Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom & fluidity in the body and mind. As we ride the waves of breath in our Yoga practice, we learn to ride the waves of change in our lives with more ease.
Supported Gentle Yoga
Unwind in this slower yoga practice using the support of blankets, a chair & blocks. Reset and calm your nervous system and allow for deep release in each pose. Explore a variety of seated, standing & reclined poses with slow transitions to support gentle unwinding and stress reduction. Balance your body and mind as you gain flexibility & strength. Enjoy deep guided relaxations to reduce stress and release physical, mental & emotional tension while you open your breath.
